This dual-modal approach allows professionals to visually pinpoint ultrasonic anomalies—such as pressurized gas leaks or partial discharge—while simultaneously monitoring for electrical overheating or mechanical friction on the same screen.

Engineered for Continuous Outdoor Operations
Designed to handle demanding field environments, the HZ-HA-271P maximizes operational uptime. It utilizes a replaceable battery architecture that guarantees up to 7 hours of reliable performance, enabling uninterrupted multi-shift inspections across vast facilities. Furthermore, the device is equipped with an industry-leading 1000 nits, 1280*720P high-brightness display, ensuring that complex real-time PRPD spectrums and thermal maps remain crystal clear even under direct sunlight.

On-Device Edge AI Analytics
Relying on deep learning algorithms and built-in AI software, the camera performs intelligent diagnostics directly on the edge. In power system applications, it offers features for classifying partial discharge types (Corona, Floating, Surface, and Noise) and provides automatic temperature anomaly alerts. For pipeline and manufacturing systems, it accurately assesses gas leakage quantity and energy loss, detecting leaks at rates of > 0.83ml/s (@120kpa) from an 8-meter distance.
