HZ-GRID Is Coming Soon - An online Transformer Condition System from DGA to Voiceprint

HERTZINNO is preparing to launch HZ-GRID, a new digital platform designed for intelligent transformer condition monitoring and power asset management.

Together with our newly developed 3-gas, 5-gas, and 9-gas Online DGA monitoring systems, HZ-GRID will provide utilities, substations, renewable energy facilities, industrial plants, and other power infrastructure operators with a more flexible and professional transformer monitoring solution.

Different transformer assets require different levels of monitoring. A distribution transformer, a renewable energy step-up transformer, and a critical transmission transformer may have very different risk levels, maintenance requirements, and monitoring budgets.

The new HERTZINNO DGA portfolio therefore provides multiple configuration options:

3-Gas Online DGA
Designed for essential online monitoring and early identification of abnormal gas development.

5-Gas Online DGA
Provides broader gas coverage and more detailed trend information for important transformer assets.

9-Gas Online DGA
Delivers comprehensive dissolved gas monitoring to support advanced fault diagnosis and critical transformer protection.

Connected through the HZ-GRID platform, users will be able to centrally view transformer status, gas concentration trends, alarms, diagnostic results, and asset health information.

The combination of HZ-GRID and the new DGA product family will help power industry users move from periodic oil sampling toward continuous condition visibility, earlier warning, and more informed maintenance decisions.
