In the realm of industrial preventive maintenance, the eternal challenge has been "seeing" sound and capturing hidden hazards invisible to the naked eye. HERTZINNO’s core technology is built upon the cutting-edge fusion of acoustics and optics. Moving beyond traditional single-point detection, we integrate high-sensitivity acoustic sensors with optical imaging to achieve three-dimensional perception of equipment status.

Take our world-first integrated Acoustic-Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera as an example: while detecting ultrasonic signals generated by partial discharge, it simultaneously captures temperature anomalies through infrared thermography. This multi-dimensional approach can pinpoint and visualize faint mechanical noises or gas leaks from 200 meters away directly on the operator interface.

Furthermore, by leveraging Enhanced Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (EPAS), our online transformer monitoring system performs trace analysis on nine characteristic gases dissolved in oil (including acetylene and ethane) with sensitivity as low as 0.2 PPM. This provides an early "diagnostic report" for the health of transformers and other high-voltage equipment. This interdisciplinary technical closed-loop of "Acoustics-Optics-Electronics" serves as the primary line of defense we build for industrial safety.
