Intrinsically safe variant of the flagship HA3T, engineered for comprehensive inspections in potentially explosive atmospheres (Zones 1 & 2). It is one of the few handheld devices on the market to integrate a 144-channel MEMS microphone array with a high-performance 640×512 radiometric thermal sensor.
This dual-modality capability allows inspectors in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Mining sectors to simultaneously detect gas leaks, partial discharge, and thermal anomalies (hotspots) using a single tool. Certified for ATEX compliance, the HA3TX delivers laboratory-grade diagnostics—including a detection bandwidth up to 150 kHz and temperature measurement up to 550°C—without compromising safety.
Dual-Sensor Fusion (Ex-Rated):
Combines ultrasonic sound source localization with high-resolution thermography. This allows users to visualize invisible gas leaks and verify them with thermal data (e.g., cooling effects of expanding gas) or cross-reference electrical faults (PD noise + thermal hotspots).
High-Fidelity Thermal Imaging:
Features an uncooled Vanadium Oxide sensor with 640×512 resolution and NETD ≤40mK, providing crisp thermal details essential for identifying subtle insulation failures or bearing overheating in hazardous zones.
Precision Acoustic Detection:
The 144-microphone array achieves ±1° localization accuracy and a wide bandwidth of 2 kHz to 150 kHz, enabling the detection of early-stage mechanical and electrical faults at distances up to 200 meters.
Intelligent On-Board Analysis:
Supports real-time Partial Discharge (PD) type classification and Gas Leak Rate estimation, with the ability to generate reports directly on the device.
Intrinsically Safe Design:
Built to rigorous ATEX standards (e.g., Ex ib IIC T4 Gb), ensuring safe operation in environments with combustible gases or dust.
